To view your reports 
| Our Inspectors use PDAs with Building Reports software to scan safety devices and upload the results to a secure, web-based account. A unique bar-code label is placed on each device ensuring thurough inspections. |  |

As soon as the inspections are complete, the information is uploaded for use by authorized personnel only. Customer's can access the reports using a passcode and user ID. Customers have access to their reports via the web from any location at any time making it convenient and flexible for handling multiple properties. Building Reports guarantees all information is kept secure with protected servers, multiple daily data-backups, and off-premise records archiving. Building Reports are fully-documented in accordance with regulatory standards. Our inspectors periodically have refresher training in order to maintain up-to-date, verifiable documentation. J.D. Collins performs regular independent audits, both online and onsite to ensure consistency of inspections and reporting.
